LOCATION
This camp is located in the middle of nowhere north of Geraldton Ontario, Canada.  As of December 2000 it is ranked among Northern Ontario premier fly-in fishing destinations.  It is now one of the top 5 lodges on "Ontario Fly-in Lodges" list according to BILL RIVERS ANGLING ADVENTURES.  To access this lodge you need to make a 30 minute flight away from roads and into the vast, spectacular wilderness.  The lodge is located on three lakes having over 250 miles of shoreline.  The location is in the Arctic Watershed on the Albany River System.

AMBIANCE
The grounds are level with large Pine Trees.  The area abounds with moose, black bear, caribou, bald eagles, grouse, porcupine, ducks and many other birds.  This is truly a Wilderness paradise.

BUILDINGS AND EQUIPMENT
The eight modern vertical log cabins sleep 8 comfortably.  All are equipped with fridges, stoves, cooking utensils, woodstoves, hot and cold running water, showers, towels, linen, blankets and pillows.  The camp provides American Plan Service with maid service, meals in the lodge, fresh baked bread, pastries and great food.  The main lodge is 30x60 and includes a 3br, bath, owners unit, pool table, knotty pine decor, ice machine, table setting for over 60 guests.  The 8 guest cabins are each 26x28, staff cabin 28x32, shop 14x28, sauna 10x12.  All the guest building and lodge have steel roofs that were new in 1995.  There are 30 boats and several of these are new 18ft.  There are 30 motors and some of these are year 2000, but range in age 89' to 2000'.  There is numerous other items of equipment that make this camp special and modern allowing a new operator to work with guests and not repairs.  The camp has 250 miles bear hunting area.

FINANCIAL
This resort meets all four criteria for purchasing a quality business.  E.g.
