LOCATION
This executive retreat is located on Northeastern Minnesota's historic and legendary Gunflint Trail, just 32 miles from Grand Marais, Minnesota. This retreat was started in 1930 and operated as a premier get-away for guests from the Twin Cities, Milwaukee and Chicago. It had 22 cabins and a great lodge before the property was burned by a forest fire. The place remained abandoned until 1990 and a few of the old cabins were restored at that time.
