Minnesota on Lake of the Woods and is three miles off the mainland.
Electricity runs thru several islands and ends up on this island, so

There is a nice protected harbor, a boat house and big trees. A true
wilderness setting.
Buildings and Equipment:
There are several fishing boats and motors, a log lodge that is equipped
very well for serving 40 guests. There is a new log home, a new duplex
and several log cabins. The place will sleep over 40 guests. This resort
has been closed for the past couple of years. Both of the owners have
cancer and are in their 70's. They want out and are willing to sell for
